Headquartered in Taloqan City, Takhar Province, with a central coordination office in Kabul, ODSAD has delivered over $810,600 USD in verified humanitarian assistance across northern Afghanistan, maintaining a 100% direct field delivery record.

Founded in Taloqan City by Afghan agronomists and civil engineers. Licensed by Ministry of Economy Reg. No. 2669 to address severe food insecurity in remote districts.
Constructed key civil DRR retaining walls, stone-masonry check dams, and solar potable water boreholes protecting vulnerable river valley communities.
Delivered direct unconditional cash transfers for shelter repair to 1,200+ families in Ishkamish and distributed certified seed packages to 850 smallholders with Irish Aid.
